El pasado 30 de enero se celebró una conferencia sobre alimentación impartida por José Esquinas Alcazar, Dr. Ingeniero Agrónomo, que desempeñó puestos de gran relevancia en la FAO durante 30 años, siendo el promotor y coordinador de importantes negociaciones, como el Tratado Internacional sobre Recursos Genéticos. El acto fue organizado por la Asociación de Consumidores AICAR-ADICAE. La Dra.
