El grupo trabajará para buscar cultivos “lo más eficientes y menos problemáticos con el medioambiente posible”, ha apuntado la investigadora del CITA Dr. Ana María Sánchez, miembro de PROVESOS. El grupo operativo para el desarrollo de la huerta de Zaragoza está compuesto por un total de siete organizaciones. De ellas, dos son las beneficiarias del mismo: la Sociedad Cooperativa Agraria San Lamberto y la empresa frutícola Hermanos Mené. Las otras cinco son miembros no beneficiarios de este grupo: la Asociación de Hortelanos y Productores de Zaragoza, el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza, el detallista Manuel Granel, la Universidad de Zaragoza y el CITA, responsable de la coordinación de los trabajos.

The group will work to look for crops "as efficient and less problematic with the environment as possible," said CITA researcher Dr. Ana María Sánchez, a member of PROVESOS. The operative group for the development of the garden of Zaragoza is composed of a total of seven organizations. Of these, two are the beneficiaries of the same: the San Lamberto Agrarian Cooperative Society and the Hermanos Mené fruit and vegetable company. The other five are non-beneficiary members of this group: the Association of Horticultural and Vegetable Producers of Zaragoza, the City Council of Zaragoza, the retailer Manuel Granel, the University of Zaragoza and the CITA, responsible for the coordination of work.
