Una jornada sobre el azafrán de Teruel / A day on the saffron of Teruel (Aragon, Spain)

Se ha celebrado la Jornada "Puesta en valor de la calidad del azafrán producido en Teruel" organizado por la investigadora del CITA, y miembro de PROVESOS, Dra. Ana María Sánchez Gómez en la sede del CIBR (Centro de Innovación en Bioeconomía Rural) de Teruel (Aragón, España). En ella se han presentado los resultados del Proyecto AZAFRANTERUEL del Fondo de Inversiones de Teruel, financiado por el FEDER de la UE, el Gobierno de España y el Gobierno de Aragón. La jornada tuvo muy buena acogida y participación de investigadores, productores, comerciantes y gastrónomos. The seminar "Value of the quality of saffron produced in Teruel" organized by the CITA researcher and member of PROVESOS, Dra. Ana María Sánchez-Gómez at the headquarters of the CIBR (Center for Innovation in Rural Bioeconomy) in Teruel (Aragón, Spain). In it were presented the results of the AZAFRANTERUEL Project of the Teruel Investment Fund, financed by the FEDER (EU), the Government of Spain and the Government of Aragon. The day was very well received and participated by researchers, producers, traders and gastronomes.
