Recuperación del bróquil / Recovery of the bróquil

El proyecto de recuperación del bróquil (Brassica oleracea L. vr. italica, col cultivada de forma tradicional en Huesca, España) ha sido distinguido con una Beca de Investigación de los XXI Premios Félix de Azara que organiza la Diputación Provincial de Huesca (España). Las investigadoras Dras. Celia Montaner, Cristina Mallor, Raquel Zufiaurre y Sonia Laguna recogieron el premio el pasado 22 de febrero. Celia y Cristina son miembros de PROVESOS. La "recuperación de variedades hortícolas autóctonas de la provincia de Huesca: el bróquil: caracterización morfológica, evaluación fitoquímica y organoléptica y puesta en valor" es un proyecto en el que colabora el Centro de Investigación y Tecnología Agroalimentaria de Aragón (CITA), la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Huesca y los Centros Públicos Integrados de Formación Profesional Montearagón y San Lorenzo (Huesca, España). The project of recovery of the bróquil (Brassica oleracea L. vr. italica, a traditional winter vegetable in the Northeast of Spain, locally produced for its peculiar taste) has been distinguished with a Research Grant of the XXI Felix de Azara Awards organized by the Provincial Council of Huesca (Spain). Researchers Drs. Celia Montaner, Cristina Mallor, Raquel Zufiaurre and Sonia Laguna received the award on February 22nd. Celia and Cristina are members of PROVESOS. The "Recovery of native horticultural varieties of the province of Huesca: the bróquil: morphological characterization, phytochemical and organoleptic evaluation and valorization" is a project in which the Center for Agrifood Research and Technology of Aragon (CITA) collaborates, the School Superior Polytechnic of Huesca and the Integrated Public Training Centers of Montearagón and San Lorenzo (Huesca, Spain).
