La Dra. Ana María Sánchez Gómez, investigadora del CITA y miembro de PROVESOS, ha participado en el VI Encuentro sobre Desarrollo Rural Sostenible: foro de emprendimiento alimentario, que ha tenido lugar en el Paraninfo de la Universidad de Zaragoza impartiendo con gran éxito la ponencia: "Importancia económica, social y cultural del azafrán". Dr. Ana María Sánchez-Gómez, CITA researcher and member of PROVESOS, has participated in the VI Meeting on Sustainable Rural Development: forum of food entrepreneurship, which took place in the Paraninfo of the University of Zaragoza (Spain), giving a very successful speech : "Economic, social and cultural importance of saffron".
